Slow moving with a poorly executed story. The hero looks cool but is otherwise unimpressive. The villains are nasty but too stupid to be taken seriously. The sets and atmosphere are decent but just about everything is underwhelming and tonely all over the place.

Overloaded with pointless gratuitous violence and murder without reason. Asinine dialog and ridiculously stupid plot. It has plenty of atmosphere but lacks any sort of credibility. Atrociously dubbed English and bad music with stupidly awful volume balance. Despite the absurd premise and amateur story, there are some comic book action sequences and a moment or two of good acting. It's mostly awful but still barely worth watching.

Slow moving, weird supporting characters, odd motivations, rampant misogyny and violence. this movie wants desperately to be batman begins and the crow. But it fails in almost all regards. This film feels like it was written by a 12 year old. The problems of the film are so numerous that I can't imagine who would want to watch this wannabe superhero film, when better superhero films are available.
