Revenge of the Ninja

Far more enjoyable than "Enter the Ninja"(1981), this follow-up in the 80's ninja B-movie trend from Cannon Films was all of the over-the-top ninja action that I was expecting from the first. Might be a scary watch for some kids after we open with a toddler taking a shuriken to the face, but there's a Bizarro world "Short Round" running around fighting a gang of 80's bullies, a spooky ninja, and a big boobed blonde. That kid is a little ninja badass, I don't know, maybe kids should watch this...

We have Joe Pesci at home. A Ninja hitting you in the dick would just be devastating. A lifetime of devotion to their ninja craft and they just hoof you in the pills.

This film doesn't have much in common with Enter The Ninja. Shô Kosugi isn't much of an actor, but he's a decent fight choreographer. He takes on villains of various races, techniques and skills using a variety of ninja items. Replace fighting with fucking and you've got yourself a typical porn movie. That's how the rest of the plot and dialogs are. Watching this film I realised I saw it as a kid and I remember making some of these ninja tools to play with.

Mediocre 80's Asian action. U.S. films in the 80's felt a bit ham fisted in their choreography. If you are a fan of 80's schlock, have at it.

I only saw the last battle, but it was absolutely friggin awesome.

Not too smart, but has some good ninja porn. Kosugi is relentless.

You know you’re in for a lit time when it opens with the Cannon Group and Golan-Globus logos lmao. Even a literal six year old child gets in on the action, fighting grown adults with nunchucks and shit. Credit where it’s due the main dude (the adult, not the child) does throw some pretty badass kicks I never could in a million years, jump kicks and hook kicks n shit. There’s one bit where I’m pretty sure you can see this lady’s camel toe thru her white panties.

Good ninja action and a great final fight. Turn off brain and enjoy.
