After multiple dirty bombs are detonated, spreading deadly toxic ash across Los Angeles, Brad inadvertently quarantines his wife, Lexi, outside their new home by safely sealing himself inside. With the city under siege and martial law in affect, Brad and Lexi struggle to survive with little supply, limited time, and no information--all the while separated by thin doors and thinner sheets of plastic. When "help" finally does arrive, it appears to be anything but. (Lions Gate)

Surprisingly suspenseful with an awesome, awesome start to the film. The periods in film that actually show the descent into terror/apocalypse/generic trouble are always the most interesting parts of these movies for me. The movie does tend to drag in the middle though, and the ending is all but assured, especially since the filmmakers decided to make it a point to wink at the camera when the PLOT DEVICE falls into place. The ending itself is nightmarish though, awesome, awesome end.

Disappointing. Filled to the brim with potential, yet the story sticks to the one house as its location, fair enough as its about entrapment. But when you have the husband having the same conversation with his wife the whole movie, its a bit dreary. Low on interesting developments with little thrills and gives no payoff.

This movie really grabbed my attention at the beginning and held onto it for the most part. There were times when I would get bored in the middle, but I kept going on and it was worth the wait as I really didn't see the ending that was coming. Pretty enjoyable and would recommend this to people.

Ultimately average but several legitimate moments of tension make it watchable.

While I am, of course, a fan of any movie with nuclear fallout, this one just doesn't fully exploit its movie making potential. Nearly the entire movie takes place in or around one house, and that's just not what you would expect. I do have a problem with the plot development, which is completely unrealistic and ignores the entire definition of "dirty bomb" and mucks the whole movie up with a terribly predictable plot twist. I would have hoped that the end of the world would be more interesting.

Really little to recommend here, and that's a real shame as there is masses of potential in the concept. The performances are average, the script repeatative and monotonous, and in general the whole movie is far too low key.

Bardzo fajnie kreowany nastroj, kilka niezlych scen, ale poza tym spora ilosc rozmaitych usterek i nielogicznosci. Mimo wszystko - porzadny film.

Interesting and refreshingly non-Hollywood examination of the aftermath of a dirty bomb, let down somewhat by mediocre acting and an over-reliance on jump-cut hand-held footage to amp the tension.

The idea was good but the film never really held my attention. Neither of the 2 main characters were convincing and I was indifferent to their fate. The filming style was repetitive and not really used well enough to create a sense of tension or fear.

Average. The story of an as*hole who locks his wife out of their house after a massive chemical terrorist attack on LA. Its a pretty unique idea but the filmmakers never go far with it and the wife's utter, almost unnatural acceptance of her as*hole husband's acts doesn't help the story much either. But the film's got a sweet.. sweet ending that more than makes up for its shortcomings. Recommended.

As close to pre-apocalypse as you can get with a post-apocalyptic thriller, Right at Your Door shows us the horrors of a hardware store on lockdown, the heat of a house sealed with duct tape, and the madness wrought by a mother on a cell phone. The opening 20 minutes or so burn bright as the tension is cranked to high, but a lack of fuel results in the last act flickering out in the dark as the story tries its best to tie up all its loose ends, despite the fact some were better left alone.

A frightening, low-key look at the end of the world. It's really slow, but the ending is so unexpected that it redeems the whole thing.

A great film exploring the paranoia instilled by terrorist attacks, and also the limits of love. I respect any film that can hold my attention with such a limited set of characters and a small setting, which this film does with abundance.

Great start to the movie, very good at building suspense. Slows down towards the middle, which is typical and expected, but refuses to make up for itself in the ending. The last 40 minutes of the movie felt rather pointless, it has a defined ending that wraps up, however leaves much to be desired. If it weren't for the last half that seemed to drag for nothing, I probably would have given this movie an 80 or higher. I still think it's worth to watch on a lazy day.
