About as enjoyable as The Hammer with some absolutely hilarious scenes. They obviously ran out of steam as it ends pretty abruptly but it's an enjoyable ride. Has a ton of the regurgitated podcast material (every scene with DAG, airplane dog, etc) but still works as a feature. Larry Miller must've had the best time filming this and you have to love that Adam crowd funded this just to let everyone know how much he hates his fans. Loving how irrationally pissed he's getting at critics for this

If you want a comedy with almost no laughs, look no further then Adam Carolla's Road Hard (2015)!

Other than one stand-out scene involving a drunk divorcee, there isn't much here that'll come anywhere near ranking as Carolla's best. However, so much of the story seems to be drawn so directly from Carolla's real-life experiences of not keeping up with his more successful peers that the film has an unexpectedly vulnerable & confessional quality that, along with any good will you may have towards Carolla himself, makes for an interesting enough, albeit sporadically funny watch.

Uh, nope. There are some funny bits for the most part this is a dud.

Just awful. Stilted, annoying, looks a lot like a fake TV movie and just actually never funny. Never really harbored any of the alt-comedy scene's ill will towards Adam Carolla, but maybe it's time for me to change that.

The relationship with Diane Farr felt creepy to me. With how fast it moved. Like, at least fuck her a few times before you plan your life out with her. Maybe I'm just socially retarded. Or maybe it was intentional. A plot line about middle age: if you're out of the game too long, you can get rusty. Either way it felt tacked on and poorly done. But what matters in the end is that Carolla is funny. The hotel cleaning fee bit is Seinfeld meets C.K. Sarcasm at its finest. Very hateful; I love it.
