it was super low budget and i had a horrible time trying to decipher the subplots. the action was Ok, although, again very low budget. after struggling with the subplots, i couldn't remember why when the bad guy dies in the end the scene is pitched so as to make us feel sorry for this guy who's been shooting people point blank range the whole movie.
