I know this isn't going to be everyone's cup of tea, but it made me laugh a lot more than I was expecting. The scene with Chris Tucker in the burlesque girls dressing room is hilarious. Dumb in places, but with surprising hits of genuine comedy in others, this is worth checking out for a laugh.

This is easily the worst Rush Hour simply because the studio has pushed Chris Tucker way into the forefront of the movie. So if you want to see Chris Tucker crack def comedy jam style race jokes and act like a clown then this might be appealing. However as a good action comedy buddy-cop movie it pretty much fails.

Unsuprisingly awful, I liked the first 5 minutes and the bloopers scene...I mean, did Brett Ratner direct this 3rd installment only to make some money ? what a cheap shot...they should have called this film "Chris Tucker stand up routine nr. 3"

So, Agent Carter is the actual worst (here's a Triad for you: racist, sexist, and obnoxious!), and Agent Lee's straight man doesn't offer enough in the way of countering his shit this time around, so with the trilogy's now completely uninspired lead duo, it's harder than ever to stay engaged with the uninteresting and unintelligible detective plot, especially when Chan's action sequences feel fewer and farther between and the translating nun is the only good comedy bit worth mentioning.

Exciting, well choreographed fights, astounding, gravity-defying stunts, lots of fun and a thin story that is just an excuse for Jackie Chan delivering all this, that's what you expect from a Jackie Chan movie. But all you get in Rush Hour 3 is the lame plot.

Somewhere in this is a good film, with great action scenes and interesting ideas on race relations, crying to get out. Many will dismiss the film without seeing it, but its not that bad. The problem is that the script is extremely lazy, with barely a plot to work with, too many bad jokes about ethnicity and lame sexual innuendo; in a better world this could have made a great b-movie but like a lot of mainstream Hollywood film it coasts on mediocrity instead of rising with its virtues.

It's not easy to put into words but it wasn't bad and it's trailers looked dreadful, I might just place its success on the shoulders of Hiroyuki Sanada who does alot with a little. But everything about it that could be awful seems to be frontloaded in the trailer and exists in much more manageable doses in the movie.

Its not terrible its just so very meh. Considering the awesome films Jackie has done over the years its like watching a once prize fighter go to seed. Sad. The bird is hot and I find Chris Tucker bearable-ish which helps - although the "black man" parody thing is so worn its see through. Lastly, if you can't guess Ming the Merciless is the baddie you are just blind and deaf.

Painfully predictable, very short and not very memorable. But, surprisingly, there are a couple of really cool action sequences, Chris Tucker still manages to be funny with the same shtick (if you ever found it funny in the first place) and Jackie Chan is always a pleasure to watch. It's definitely entertaining, but not as much as the first two.

Some of the movie is at the very least entertaining, but the majority is forgettable, cheesy, and almost as if Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker wrote the movie themselves. It's really ridiculous, and so much of the time it's almost mind-numbingly stupid. It's easily worse than the other two, which are certainly good movie. I can't recommend this to even fans of the other two, because it's actually mildly upsetting.

Brett Ratner's Rush Hour 3 is the worst addition to the franchise due to it's repetitive sequences and poor dialog. Characters are often placed in old situations with stale responses. The film does pay tribute to the previous installments at various points though. Overall, a mildly entertaining but, somewhat disappointing adventure.

"Rush Hour 3" was a pleasant surprise... in the sense that it repeats the recipe that made "Rush Hour" a hit back in '98 in a more successful way than the first sequel. It just packs a lot of punch and a lot of laugh-out-loud moments, and doesn't beat around the bush whatsoever. The finale on the Eiffel Tower ranks as one of the most memorable action sequences in recent blockbuster memory and a fitting finale in a very entertaining trilogy.

It was honestly better than I expected (i.e., not one of the worst movies of the year). It's no great film by any stretch, and the comedy still feels like a limp attempt to recapture the orignal's lightning-in-a-bottle charm, but the action is well-choreographed and well-filmed. It's a passive, guilty pleasure and better than Rush Hour 2.
