Not bad. Almost feels like a mainstream horror film due to the lack of gore but a lot of breasts. What happened to Pamela Ludwig? She's solid here and plays a similar role in Pale Blood. Courtney Gebhart looks like she had fun. Dean Hamilton is good too as a flip on the bad fraternity president archetype. They did telegraph the red herring quite a bit. Fav scene: did not expect a choreographed final fight.

One of the final slasher films to fall out of the 80s and all it learned from the decade to draw from was load it up with rockin’ hooters. Greg Allman really into his role. Everyone is killed by a giant axe and it cuts away the moment it swings , the people we are suppose to like are total psychos pranking people with corpses — not even surprised someone wants you all dead.

Buoyed by its final sequence. Even then it's not particularly great, but the fake outs, final reveal and finally a kill on screen (!) make it. The ending chase stumbles along like slashers do. Enjoyed the killers costuming and weapon, I just wish we could've seen more use of it! Could do with a little less literal frat bro sexism tho. Also, the necrophilia photographer seemed like such an unexplored waste, but he upped the creepy factor for sure. The Dickies cameo as the party band was great

The flaws in this are glaring, but there are positives. Pamela Ludwig is a solid lead, in a role similar to the one she'd have in Pale Blood a year later, & the plot is interesting. The Dickies pop up to sing a song, which is great. Unfortunately, there are the issues of blatant homophobia, a nonsense romantic subplot, an extremely obvious red herring, every single kill but the last being a cutaway despite plenty of boobs all over the screen, & almost no character being likeable. A mixed bag.

This was a pretty weak slasher in my opinion. It makes up for a lack of interesting kills or gore with extra helpings of random nudity, but it's not an equal trade-off. The worst part of this film is that the pacing is so damn slow, 95 minutes shouldn't feel this long.
