I actually really liked the structure and professionalism of it all, even if some of the jokes fell flat. But not all.

There's some honest to goodness decent commentary coming out of Brand in between the parts that aren't him acting like a complete idiot.

It's like the jokes weren't tested, or just written for the tasteless. The standup form feels forced, in contrast to his famous TV interview bashing the media.
