This may be-- and I don't say this lightly-- one of the goofiest fucking things I've ever seen. When Misha boldly runs in, pushes away the rednecks, and throws the dying manta ray back into the ocean in slow motion... words can't describe it. Oh my god.

Bizzare 80's flick that I believe started the infatuation for a future president.

It's no Goonies or Red Dawn (though it's a kind of a mix of the two), but it's still a fun 80s movie.
