Captain Eshwar (Mammootty) & Wing Commander Zakir (Mukesh) are working on a top-secret airforce project codenamed 'Red Alert', at the Airforce Academy. A Kashmir based Islamic terrorist group, to get their hands on the project documents, blackmails & deploys a woman called Lakshmi (Mohini) to get close to Eshwar, after kidnapping her child. After Lakshmi refuses to follow through with the plan, the terrorists detain her. Eshwar, Zakir & a group of commandos launch a commando op to free her. (Summary by iceblox)
