Mildly interesting story of the punk scene in DC. It's ok. Lot's of grainy video of bands performing.

Like the Boston hardcore doc of the same time I like listening to the old people reminisce. Especially because they’re such characters or pretty insightful. Liked how it covered some bands that have been more lost to time or were pushed to the outside (even in a genre for supposed outsiders)
