Saving Santa is a passable Christmas film that doesn't do anything particularly well, nor anything new, save innocuously passing 90 minutes. The animation is mediocre. The songs are upbeat and instantly forgettable. Freeman was an odd casting choice, especially for a musical; his voice equally neurotic and comforting. It's always nice to hear Curry's voice. Ultimately, there are too many missed opportunities to make the film good.

it kinda has an interesting concept... i guess? well, not quite, but it could've been actually good had it been well done; sadly, it wasn't well done.
