Say It Isn't So

I'm at a loss for words. One of the very few cinematic disasters that will make you lose hope not only in filmmaking but in humanity in general.

It had its fair share of gross outs and derp but the film is funny most of the time and the whole affair is kind of cute and almost heartwarming in a way. It was definitely entertaining.

Largely harmless post-PIE gross-out comedy is not a bad film, so much as a miscalculated one – Klein is a winningly affable lead in a movie that doesn’t treat him well, subjecting him to some harshly cruel treatment that doesn’t seem warranted (and an “ear” scene more cringingly gruesome than RESERVOIR DOGS). Look to Field and (especially) Jenkins for pitch-perfect examples of how this material should have been played!

A funny watch, its not American pie, but itll put a smile on your face throughout.

Really bad movie. Very familiar plot and not funny jokes. One of the worst movies released in 2001

Incest can certainly be funny, but it needs jokes behind it, rather than just "lol incest get it incest lol it's incest funny for maximum yuks!"

Those that haven't tired from Farrelly brothers' brand of comedy may still find some laughs here. Otherwise, the slow pacing and unimaginative shock gags will start to wear on the viewer.

Jesus what the fuck

Oh you know, if you think cripples getting their legs pulled off or people having strokes & cursing through talking machines is funny you'll be having a laugh riot. Now me, i did get some good laughs, and i can count them on one hand, so plowing through this unfunny crap & some very good performances wasted in this mire is ultimately boring. Did say this movie is bad? Well it is.

Watch with an open mind for the gratuitous shock factor and youll find this film as entertaining as THERES SOMETHING ABOUT MARY!

Though I laughed every now and again, I expected more out of the Farrelly brothers in this one. A lot of the laughs were given up in the trailer, and the ones not revealed seemed too over-the-top and forced.

It's really all about being gross and stupid for the single purpose of being gross and stupid.

I'd still hit that.

Delivers rare laughs. A comedy should deliver frequent laughs. Most of this movie is not funny and no good. Depressingly no good and painful to watch.
