A Norwegian/German co-production of a train robbery of the Bergen Express! Cool idea, but the reason for the robbery is just ridiculous. It's all to impress a girl, the daughter of the the NSB boss (the national train company), and humiliate his rival in the courting who is a army man protecting the Bergen express. I actually rooted for the wrong man! While it's a enjoyable silent film taking advantage of the snowy Norwegian mountains, the plot idea sort of killed a lot of the impression.
