Wow. This should have gotten way more attention. Soundtrack is particularly good. Atmospheric and very entertaining.

The excellent soundtrack and terrific photography add to the captivating script and gripping direction. The theme of teacher-students relationships is very interesting and its pairing with thriller elements really effective. Marnier has a good grasp of the material choosing to reveal and hold back when necessary resulting in a perfectly paced movie. The solution might have been a tad underwhelming as often happens in such films yet the epilogue is a fitting closure for a thought-provoking movie.

I would have appreciated more a Thriller. I found a kind of wasted plot there or a least a potential powerful story not exploited. That said, at the end it kind of pays off.

My pick for the most outstanding thriller of 2018. It ticks all of the boxes in terms of suspense and unease, but it's complex and layered with a social and political conscience as well.

Up until the end, it seemed a very good movie. However, decisions at the end really disappointed me. Also it detracted me from what movie tries to tell, it became a cheap and ordinary story.
