This movie has an interesting premise but it ends up wasting it. The cast elevate the material but not enough to make up for the shortcomings of the script. Overall this movie is disappointing.

Kind stupid, but suprisingly fun! I mean, movie with John Cleese can't be bad :)

A fun premise and some good moments, but a lot of it just falls flat. A movie that`s missing something.

A little heavy on the slapstick, which wouldn't be so bad if they weren't just so terrible at it. Oh look, the little dog bites his arm and he can't get it to let go so he smacks it against walls, hahaha! Once one gets passed the rampant slapstick cliches, it's got a relatively entertaining script and the cast put on a more-or-less admirable performance.

This is good comedy and makes you laugh often. It still misses something but i don't know what.

Scorched feels like it should have come out 5 years earlier than its release date. I really liked the cast and characters. There's plenty of slapstick, though not a lot of it lands. The sound editing is also not great. The script, however, has some good comedic dialogue. The film is incredibly cheesy, but that helps it be light entertainment and sometimes that's good enough. I also quite liked the final act's play on serendipity.
