Pretentious avant garde... musing? on TWELFTH NIGHT appears to take its cue from PROSPERO'S BOOKS, but lacks the grace and elegance of Greenaway instead subjecting the viewer to almost 2 hours worth of incomprehensible and garishly ugly imagery, while sputtering out a sketchy approximation of Shakespeare's text. Cameos from Glover and Henry (!!!!) add little to proceedings.
