Rosemary's Baby: The Homeopathy Years. Couple of rich neo-hippies living in the forest in Sweden hire a poor Romanian woman to help them feed the chickens, because vegetarians just don't have the energy for that, then ask her to carry their baby. Whaddyaknow: The baby's evil. Intriguing setup that never really gets explored, settling instead for a slow, drawn-out dirge that neither intrigues nor surprises.

I don't know if this is an honest attempt to revive the old 'evil baby' trope, a thinly veiled anti-surrogacy propaganda piece, or both; but I will say that it does manage to be somewhat better than its premise, at least for a while. Some of its scares are almost decent, but never to the most of their potential, and there isn't much of a payoff in the end.

One of the most chilling films I've seen in quite a while. Especially towards the end. Unfortunately, the film has certain beginner mistakes, especially in the editing department.

This is soooooo boring!

When I finished the movie I said to myself, well... now I want to see a Horror movie.

Extremely unpleasant. The characters are impossible to like. The scares impossible to avoid.
