Despite some really well done action scenes - a credit to Chiba's Japan Action Club perhaps - with little reliance , if any, on CGI this one has too many scenes of boys own derring-do to be really engrossing. Best watched with brain out to lunch. Not a total loss though. Horse lovers may be upset as some of those great action scenes seem to put the equines in grave danger.
