Shooters

Shooter is a great action movie with a gritty cast of characters. The plot is straightforward, but it had a few high points. The guy who plays Max was really good and Marie was recognizable, but I'm not sure what else she was in. The violence matched the gritty style of the movie. The feel of drug dens in rundown buildings was spot on. The film makers did a good job of pulling the audience out of their comfort zones. The final scene of the movie was especially poignant in this regard.
