After the disappearence of 13-year-old Giuseppe, her classmate Luna goes on a lone quest to find him. Based on the true story of the kidnapping of a young boy, Giuseppe Di Matteo, ordered by a Sicilian Mafia boss in 1996.
As a whole it's probably worth watching because the soundtrack is pretty great, it's shot well on all fronts, the performances are fine and it's an interesting story. When it comes together it's a much better movie, but admittedly it was a bit of a struggle to pay attention to this at times. It just plods along and doesn't do enough with its premise. The drama isn't dramatic enough, the crime isn't criminal enough and the fantasy is not fantastical enough, so it ends up feeling very slight.
