Silent Night, Deadly Night III: Better Watch Out!

Whatever little trash there was left to be scraped out of the bottom of the bin holding the "Silent Night, Deadly Night" franchise following the glorious "GARBAGE DAY" that is "Silent Night, Deadly Night Part 2"(1987), was then wadded up into a ball and squeezed into this straight-to-video dumpster diving special. Unfortunately, the series had already been drained of it's magical garbage juices, so what was left was this terrible knock-off "Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood"(1988) instead.

They asked Bill Moseley if he'd go topless and he does not disappoint. Bill moseys around in a night gown occasionally killing the slowest and/or stupidest people you've ever seen on film. I would be lying if I said I didn't enjoy this.

Awful. Hellmans treatment fails so spectacularly because he actually takes the material seriously. Now, how in the hell that could happen after the second installment is anyones guess (mine is that he simply hasn't seen it), but the result is close to unwatchable. It's also the last thing you'd expect of a movie with this title: Pretentious.

Positively horrible. Worst of the franchise so you'll want to stick with the original and, if you're into the whole film-that-are-so-terrible-they're-amazing-thing, definitely also make sure to subject yourself to part II.

Never has a movie wanted to say or do less. This movie has nothing to say what so ever and it tries to hide this fact in Lynchesque dream sequences and really bad special effects like a man with a plastic dome over his brain! Worst of the Silent Night, Deadly Night series!

Except for the "open skull / brain in a jar" prosthetic, this has preciously little to offer. I don't recall seeing anyone being killed at all in it, which is a problem for a slasher movie...

A very boring and half-assed mashup of Silent Night, Deadly Night and Halloween.

This movie is hilariously awful in a fun way. I still can't believe it was directed by Monte Hellman though if you gotta pay the bills, well....

Incredibly tedious movie. Only memorable thing is that it features Ricky with a brain in a jar (attached), and Laura Harrings breasts (smaller than in latter films), which, considering the dream sequence in the beginning, makes this _the_ 'Mulholland Dr.' companion piece.

Figures, the big sci-fi catch of the late 80s crosses over to horror. This film was just terrible. Man with the glass head wonders around killing people while chasing a psychic blind girl connected through sleep tests.

Em honra do grande Monte Hellman (1929 - 2021) filme #1: Noite do Silêncio. É de fato bem melhor do que os outros filmes dessa série, não esperaria menos do Hellman, mas é de fato muito desconcertante ter tantos atores lynchianos e uma protagonista chamada Laura. WEBRip RARBG.

Sadly, the best parts in this film were flashbacks from the original.
