Combining a crime film with scenes of Caucasian men in ninja suits that are obviously not from the same film, surely this must be one of Godfrey Ho's cut-and-paste ninja films which he directed under a pseudonym and got lost in the IMDB archives? If it's not, either Ho's films were successful enough to be ripped off (??) or the ninja films were the work of many more people following one peculiar vision. Either way, this is a dull film, lacking the insane energy and sleaze Ho's films can have.
