Tex Ritter sings and sings, and still has time to get in a jam and put in prison. Pretty standard Tex western for Gran National, but it was cool to see his sidekick Al St. John who by 1937 has his Fuzzy look down! There was also a brief cameo by another silent slapstick artist in 'Snub' Pollard with his over-sized mustache! The best effort came from Robert McKenzie as judge/bartender! Wonderful character! So while production values keep this western down, it's cast keeps it watchable.
