Siren

I liked the creepy fairytale vibe and the scary implications of the "powers". One feels a bit unsettled by the victims and the way their life is ruined. Simple and low budget, but it creates its own world, and the filming location is fascinating in itself. The romance part of it was at time a bit reminiscing of some CW channel stuff, but they had some reveals of interest still, so one could forgive that.

Enjoyed some of the male-gaze switheroos and stuff , can't help feeling they could've gotten more from it, had fun though.
