"What happens when we place the effortlessly charismatic Sudeikis in a bad film? Which force will win out?" As you can tell by my score, it was a struggle.

A decent, modern version of When Harry Met Sally that has a positive, non-judgmental feel. Alison Brie is captivating.

Alison Brie's hot. And she shows some skin but no serious plot. Not really worth of one's time.

Romance comedy for the sex crazed generation. Very safe-sex, but had it's charms with witty enough dialogue and decent chemistry between the main characters. Wouldn't say I totally fell in love, but they delivered above expectations for me and it was a pleasant take on the romcom genre.

Fantastic performances and chemistry between Sudeikis and Brie, boosts an already really enjoyable comedy. It's a little predictable, but it's not necessarily in a conventional way, with some dark elements and an overwhelming amount of laugh-out-loud moments. Some great cameos and side characters also.

I think the best part of this movie was Jason Sudeikis. His banter seemed improvised and well-written at the same time. Although it was mostly trite, I have to admit it's a great deal better than all the other 'Friends With Benefits' knock-offs.

Actually really good, but I guess that at this point I will like any movie that has fuckin "Modern Love" in it, so keep that in mind.

Alison Brie was a delight, pretty, lusty & interesting. Jason Sudeikis was also surprisingly satisfying with his goofy offbeat charm & humor. I also liked Amanda Peet. A few surprises & several comical moments. Unfortunately, the overall plot was rather transparent & predictable. Nevertheless it was worth watching & moderately amusing, despite casting Billy Eichner to stink it up badly for 40 seconds. The dialog keeps it alive, and the comedy makes it worth watching.

Brie and Sudeikis are decent leads, and their chummy banter was pretty funny, but they lacked the chemistry to pull of the "romantic" in RomCom. Mantzoukas played his usual character, interjecting a few more laughs. Overall a lot of wit, a bit of slapstick, but not enough charm to make Sleeping with Other People memorable.

The solid cast carries this, but there's nothing really novel or interesting otherwise. Adam Scott's played a lot of types, but I don't think he's ever done smarmy like this before--and he's fantastic at it.

A hilarious, adorable, witty sort of romcom reconstruction. I found it pretty awesome.

Funny, enjoyable, if a little too predictable. Can't help but feel that Jason Sudeikis' character would probably be a much bigger asshole in real life. Alison Brie was good, and I really liked Adam Scott's turn as the smarmy doctor.

I actually really liked this. It doesn't reinvent the wheel of rom-coms, but it does address many of the genres flaws: Lainey's mental health is dealt with in a mature, accurate way. It doesn't rely on ridiculous coincidences. Where most films of this kind would take place over 2 months, this one takes place over 15 - 20. The two characters are surprisingly mature and able to compartmentalize most of their problems/feelings. Also, Jason Mantzoukas and Andrea Savage are wonderful together.

Well, it worked. Why? Because I always like my romcoms well written and slightly sexist. And Sudeikis is killing it!

I have a fondness for Sudeikis. I don't tend to like the movies he is in, but I always enjoy him and his character. Sleeping with Other People is no exception. Well, except that I enjoyed it! Alison Brie is wonderful too. Yeah, you know how it's gonna end when it starts, but that doesn't take away from the journey getting there.

Promises more of a hook (sex-addiction) than it delivers (just friends). Neither funny, nor romantic.

Much better than I expected. The chemistry between the two main characters was amazing. New York as a backdrop is always beautiful.

klasik romantik komediyi bugüne göre tekrar çekelim mantığı ilgi getiriyor belki ama bu film ne cover olarak işliyor ne de aldığı riff'leri yaratıcı biçimde kullanıyor.

I liked that this leaned more on the drama than the rom-com. It is not a masterpiece but it is fun and enjoyable and their drama makes kinda sense. Brie is always a delight to watch and their chemistry with Sudeikis was decent. The best friend couple was one for the ages though, how did they not get a spin off?
