Snakes on a Plane

Only scored it so high because I saw it in the theater. It would probably be a 75 on DVD, but the crowd was amazingly loud and into the movie, and it was the most fun I think I've ever had in a movie theater.

It's exactly as bad and/or good as you'd expect. Amusing, but not a particularly good action movie.

This was an ok movie, even for the silly title. Sam Jackson fulfilled his role as the all american bad ass and of course he is considered a Bad Ass Mother F*&@$%, so yeah. The overall plot of the movie is predictable but thats what makes it fun. This was a good movie for laughs and fun. Look for the little things in the movie, (i.e. Microwave has snake button on it)

This movie was trendy so I was skeptical, but it was entertaining light horror. Nothing that terrible happens, none of the characters have depth, but it is a good adventure from the "pilotless plane in trouble" genre so ably satirized by the best movie ever made ("Airplane!") years ago. If you accidentally munch a brick of PCP this is what you should shove in the blu-ray player before the gnomegoblins appear.

Tries hard to be "so-bad-it's-good", but occasionally dips to just "bad".

Boring and CGI. I couldn't understand if the movie was serious or a parody and didn't succeed in capturing spirit and ideas typical to both types. Acting and action were hilarious and boring at the same time. just that one-liner at the end is what makes people watch such movies.

You know what? It actually wasn't all that bad! Shocker of the year! Best theatre experience of 2006...or ever for that matter.

Worth seeing,funny at times, but a b-movie effect-wise.

Motherfuckin Samuel Motherfuckin L Motherfuckin Jackson stars in Snakes on a Plane, a seemingly ridiculous (yet fun!) adventure about SNAKES ON A MOTHERFUCKIN PLANE. I was first in line to see this and was not dissapointed. But its not like my expectations were that high. Nevertheless, this flick is filled with dark humor that will make you laugh for hours.

Hilarious. The genre(s) this movie is classified under to not accurately represent the feel of this movie. Don't watch this movie expecting to be scared, thrilled or amazed by action packed fight scenes.

So much fun to watch this movie! Go in expecting nothing more than Snakes on a Plane and you'll love it!

If people think this is campy they've lead a sheltered film life. Oh yeah, it's fun and it's funny and enjoyable throughout, but there are much better movies to make fun of

Loses a few points because there was no "good snake vs. bad snake" like I heard there was going to be.

'SoaP' reels you in with Mr. Samuel L. Jackson and his infamous oneliner, but once you begin to watch this, it becomes a fun, fast, and frenzy thrill ride. It's not going to change the way you look at movies, but its goon enough for a rainy day.

This was as stupid as the title sounds.

The theater experience was great and the movie delivered on the hype it received. However, I don't see much reason to watch this movie after the fact.

The catch phrase was cool for about 5 seconds.

I only watched it because of the Internet hype. It has one funny line, and is a good way to completely waste 2 hours or so.

A subtle self parody, you can tell Samuel L. Jackson is having a lot of fun being in this movie.

Ridiculous and over the top. Not to be taken seriously. Samuel L Jackson delivered a memorable line but overall his charm here is a far cry from the "Pulp Fiction" days.

I'm still in shock, can't say a word. If you like Samuel L. Jackson...DO NOT WATCH this movie for your own good, or use weed support as it's not possible to get through when you're totally sober. Special effects from late 90's, super-ultra-mega-snakes with AI of androids and superpowers. A lot of ridiculous moments and hilarious moments (believe me this movie is not a comedy but they tried to do so, partially). Many mistakes and really bad role play. Plot is old and silly and should be banned.
