A sequence of three stories centered around awkward interactions and the inner turmoil resulting from them. It's a concept that fascinates me and even though I found a few of the moments a bit off and the characterizations lacking, each of the three sequences was ultimately effective. The bookend story used to connect the three sequences is terrible and superfluous, though thankfully take little screentime.

Surprisingly good despite a voiceover that is a bit annoying and stiff at times. The movie deals with a demanding subject and has plenty of chances to mess it all up and let the dialogue end up in clichès. Somehow it manages to avoid most of them and ends up as an interesting study of human character.
