Somewhere in England

There are some good laughs in this British comedy, but it's a poor excuse for a movie. A vehicle for lesser known music hall performers who didn't get many movies between them, seemingly just taking their stage act to the screen without much thought as to how to present it. Doesn't know if it wants to be a army comedy, a stand-up show or a musical, and the result is that one ends up losing interest in their business.
