Has the basic horror plot of a (possibly crazy) character being harassed and stalked by a mysterious force that others can't see or don't believe her about. However, Son scrambles the typical order of events for this kind of movie in a way that wrecks any kind of build-up and renders chunks of the plot nonsensical while failing to make the tired premise any more interesting. Notable only for the difficulty of Googling its title.

Bit grizzlier but basically the Omen. Sound in this movie is pooped, needs a remix.

Enjoyed quite a bit even though the story was somewhat predictable. The jump scares really work instead of being just annoying.

İlginç 1 film beklerken kötü çocuk filmi çıktı. Evinde uyurken etrafında insanlar gören annemiz, sonra çocuğumuz hastalanmaya başlar. Çocuğun içine 1 şeyler kaçmıştır. Annemiz de onun korumaya çalışacak. Kurgu çok iyi. Çok klişe. Bu konuda ilginç 1 şey bekliyoruz. Sadece korkunç olaylar ile sinir bozuzu hal alıyor. Filmin sonunda, babam ve oğlum. Geliyor gelmekte olan. Gelirse göreceği var. Geldikleri gibi giderler. Giderlerse gitsinler.

Andi Matichak was marvelous in the role. The crazy angle would have given the movie credibility, but unfortunately, they chose to rely on a demon from hell summoned by chanting. What a load of incredibly stupid and tiresome nonsense. Watch it for Andi and it's worth it. The rest is garbage tossed in to scare little children and stupid people. The little twist at the end was pathetic. This plot could easily have been saved but the producers are incompetent morons.

Son is oddly dramatic, interesting and scary. Could the story have been told better? Certainly. But this is impressive as well. The use of jump-scares and sudden loud noises may not be for everyone, but I think it was good. Andi Matichak's performance is also outstanding.
