This movie is all over the place and honestly its just not very interesting.

A last-effort war booster from the Japanese studios, collecting all the high profile people they had available to deliver the propaganda. Like Japan's attempt at taking over the Pacific, it's a flop. While a interesting snapshot of that specific time-frame, it's just a bore.
