Visually arresting and the most intriguingly structured. However, I can't help but feel that I didn't get it. It had something to say about Vietnamese refugees in 1984, but without knowing anything about the situation, I couldn't tell exactly what the point was supposed to be... even when it was apparently being spelled out for me. Over my head, I guess, but it sure looked nice and I enjoyed watching it to some degree anyway.
