Don’t worry, it’s totally okay that everything sounds like it’s been recorded in a hallway with a microphone that hasn’t been plugged in, we have so many knife closeups they won’t even know what hit’em. If you don’t guess who the killer is immediately you’ll probably be the person this was made for.

Mercifully short, generally rubbish, but occasionally entertaining. When I saw the Troma name in the credits, I was expecting something a bit more bawdy. I actually thought Riley did a decent job in the lead, but there seemed to be a lot of characters who appeared with no real purpose. A daft, ultra-cheap slasher that's difficult to hate because of the level of amateur enthusiasm on show. Mind, I wouldn't rush to recommend this.

Bad acting, bad script, a comically nonsensical final twist, & a tone that at times feels self-aware & at others not so much. It's not the worst of its kind out there, but there's just nothing memorable about it. The characters are all lame, the kills are the cheapest of the cheap, & the whole thing is rather boring despite clocking in at under 80 minutes. The ending is pretty dumb, too. All-in-all, a totally skippable early-80's slasher.

Based on the reputation, I fully expected this to be a bottom of the barrel slasher, but it did keep me entertained during it's (admittedly) short duration. It's obviously a very low budget affair, but Forbe Riley is likable as the lead and the film has a weird feel to it like it doesn't know if it should play it straight or not. The extras in 88 films blu-ray edition summed it up perfectly as a "punk slasher" where the characters don't seem to give f**k about the fate of other characters.

Stupid fun. Totally predictable, though I did not expect final girl to die. It has the mood of a cheap porn. Fav scene: girl getting stabbed in the mouth?

This was a surprisingly fun low budget slasher. The acting is terrible but the kills are decent and the ending was better than I expected.
