Spoiler Alert

Had too much background noise, so will most likely need to revisit it one day, but I got the gist and I enjoyed it quite a bit actually. Yeah, it gets a bit soapy at times and it’s fairly standard from a writing standpoint I guess, but hey, this is someone’s story and they felt it needed to be shared. I’m sure it has given several people comfort (and joy). It’s really well acted, pretty balanced tonally, and well acted. Comfortably adding this to the list of “good” queer movies!

"Spoiler Alert" has its heart in the right place, but its lack of originality and safe approach make it a forgettable film. The strong performances and emotional moments are worth watching, but ultimately, the film feels like reheated leftovers.
