Stasis

Imagine the young adult version of Terminator, as imagined by a stoned pizza delivery boy penning his ideas in pesto sauce on the back of a cardboard box. Every time someone in the movie referred to the time-travelling heroes as "Skinners," I raised my fist to the mocking heavens while allowing the gruff ministrations of one Superintendent Chalmers to echo in my now empty soul.

When I first started watching this movie, I commented on how terrible the acting was. I still think the acting was bad but the movie ended up being entertaining. I thought the story was original. The story of two warring factions in the future sending people to the past to try and right the wrongs was cool. The "skins" and the "hunters" made for some cool antagonists in this ongoing fight. I don't think they could keep me on board for another movie but I did enjoy this movie.

Poorly acted with a completely unremarkable plot.
