Terrifying and creepy. It's surprisingly intense for a film made in 1951.

Another Hitchcock merry go round ride. Great fun and Walker is so scary I have never been able to settle in with him in any other of his movies

Some bits have been a little warped over time but don't let that prevent you from enjoying this flick

Interesting enough and well shot, but does it hold up? - The finale with the Carousel is so absurd, I LOL’D a few times. The police office randomly shooting the ride operator was ridiculous. I won’t even mention the absurd collapse of the ride - Barbara is just a terrible actress, slipping in and out of her British accent at random. - Even with an alibi, can you rule out hiring a hit man? Of course not. - Guy made himself an accessory after the fact by hiding the killer from the police.

The script is literally perfect - 100% flawless. Also, this may be the least boring film that I've ever seen. Plus, it ends on a big laugh! What more could anyone want?

So few negative scores? Really? It's rather boring at times, un-thrilling and has an unconvincing premise. Also: lol fightscene. Heh, I didn't give a very negative score, either, though. The beginning was really good. Yeah, maybe.
