the past-Katrina scenes were the only good thing in this movie, 50Cent as DEA ... thats sums up what i think about that movie :D

This flick actually had decent bones, good script ideas I guess. Frustrating camera work and Kilmer and Jackson aren't very good.

What in the hell happened? This movie has really bad, easily-copy-edited errors (a DEA agent is killed... so the FBI shows up? Whaaa?) and tons of "tough-guy cops" wish-fulfillment/power fantasy stuff. Fiddy ends up being the best actor sheerly by having the fewest lines, since everything that is said is stupider than the thing said before it. It still contains enough howlers of terrible lines/delivery/plot to be enjoyable as a trainwreck.
