Norman Foster is a guy that wanna be a hero so he joins the fire squad and befriends a reporter who keeps putting his face in the papers whenever there is action. But Foster tries too hard to be a hero that he leaves his post resulting in a few of his men to nearly get killed. And he does the same thing TWICE!!! The second time its to save someone, but still.... kinds stupid the whole thing. Lots of stock footage and very cheap looking film, but some excitement during the action scenes saves it.
