Has a very daring and affective ethical stance in which it resists any 'entertaining' or 'framing' narrative to go beyond the actuality of the forced migration. Aware of its 'guilty' presence, camera tries to open itself to the very mundane problems and agonies of Ta'ang people. However, I believe that cinema has to have a certain 'aesthetics', even if it means an 'ugly aesthetics'. Here, there is no coherent whole to evoke any 'aisthetis', only scattered long-shot newsreel images.
