Other than a eliciting a few chuckles at the bumbling detective who led the initial investigation, the film didn't work for me. I guess this was a big crime story at the time and that is what made people watch.

A surprisingly captivating murder investigation. Bollywood movie made with western sensitivities, so you can safely watch this and not expect the corny song and dance routines. Instead it's a well structured film with wit, personal clashes and several theories of what's happened. On top of that this is based on a true case! Exceptional acting as well, especially by Irrfan Khan, along with a bunch of other perfectly cast actors making this one of the international films to see in 2015!
