I saw this as an extra on the PS2 game "Destroy All Humans." It is your typical 50's drive-in sci-fi movie, from start to finish. If that is your cup of tea, you will enjoy this. If you watch movies for good plots and great acting, why would you even consider a movie called "Teenagers from Outer Space" in the first place?

Compared to the teenagers in this forgotten classic, the cast of Beverly Hills 90210 are spermatozoa slipping through a tear in a dime-store condom. Eric on the 80s sitcom Head of the Class stated in the episode "Rebel Without a Class" that American sci-fi movies from the 50s were merely reflections of the nation's fear of communism. I'm not sure the same can be said about Teenagers from Outer Space, but it has a dog reduced to a skeleton, so fuck the commies.

The good kind of awful. I can't believe how many innocent people get casually murdered in this. Truly fantastic

Wooden acting, 40 year olds as teenagers, a lobster as a monster, Thor as a bad guy, a squeeling girl and very slow moving plot. The MST3K is a blast, with many awesome quotes. My favourite: "Go like you've never goed before!". TORTCHAH

More than ordinarily bad plot for a cheap sci-fi, wooden acting, and a female lead with a frighteningly severe set of bangs. Bad haircuts can happen to anyone, but why not spring for a wig? Nine-fingered character actor Harvey Dunn doesn't even have his birds with him. Forget it.

Horrible, but memorable for the special effects. That giant shadow of a lobster sure is something.

I love the synopsis MST3K has for this one. "Suspiciously middle-aged teenagers...".

I enjoyed this more than I should, the instant skeletalization gun and monster lobster set this apart from the dozens of other scifi flicks of the time. MSTK: 85

Honestly, I feel like this is better than a lot of B-movies of the time. There's an attempt at worldbuilding, and at making a context that the characters' actions make sense in. Plus, the female lead is surprisingly good in "haunted" mode. It's not super deep or anything, but I appreciate the craftsmanship even where it mostly goes unnoticed.

Midway through this film becomes a crime spree murder flick when the evil alien kills everyone he encounters. Not utterly terrible for a low budget 50s scifi film, but not good, either. The MST3K episode featuring this is good fun, at least.

Featuring Gramps and the chick with the Bette Davis 'do. That one guy is the snottiest alien this side of the "Stupid stupid people!" dude in Plan 9.

Not the sorse sci fi I've ever seen, but this wasn't good either. Wooden acting, except from Gramps, horrible everything else, but at times it would keep my interest.

Silly but relatively engaging. Close to the platonic ideal of these sorts of movies, though the disintegrations of innocent people are a tad disturbing. Oddly enough, there are hints of Christian morals (more than usual, I mean) which make the film far more interesting if you know anything about Tom Graeff. Would watch again, highly recommended.

Watched with the MST3k crew. It's hard to rate this because of it but it is completely unwatchable without it. MST3k score: 73

Thor is such a great villain. He's so pissed and over the top and he disentegrates everybody! There's a giant lobste-er, I mean, Gargon, too.

Well if the MST3K counts, then yes I've seen this movie. Pretty run of the mill campy 50's sci-fi
