Not scary and its not like they were trapped in the house they could have left and not returned anyhow Damn is Ashley Greene is hot. And boo the ghosts or demons or what ever the hell they are for killing the dog.

Man. They sure do know how to make one of the worst horror movies I have ever seen. Even the fucking cover spoils the ending.

Oh, look, it's that guy from Harry Potter...god that scarf makes him look like a prick. Ooooh, the guy from Band of Brothers, he got old. Oh, I guess they're gone. Wait, what was this movie about?

Perhaps the laziest horror movie I've ever seen. I've you manage to watch this without zoning out, you have my respect... and my sympathies.

Another in the line of recent, barely watchable horror movies. This one has really no story and not much going on besides that other than atmospheric music and dramatic facial expressions from the actors.

Ashley Greene is gorgeous and I saw more emotion from her in 10 seconds of this film than I've seen from Kristen Stewart in her entire career, but that doesn't mean that this is a good film. It's an idea that hasn't exactly been done before, but the execution was bad, and the story couldn't stand on it's own. Greene's co-star was dimensionless throughout, and spoiler alert: there isn't an ending, they just cut it off, probably realizing it was bad and they didn't know where they were going.

A lot of very thick pseudoscience, with a diegetic logic that's not explained very clearly or comprehendably. Tom Felton's a bit of a mess, although Stan acted as well as he usually does. This was a bit of a mess, and almost everything it attempted has been done triumphantly now in Stranger Things - my recommendation would be to just watch that instead.

Hope you didn't see the trailer since EVERY death is shown in it! I gave it 1 point for the set design in the scene where the furniture is suddenly melded into the walls and stairs.

The Apparition fails to offer anything original, isn't particularly scary, and offers so little in the way of dramatic momentum that it's more likely to put you to sleep than thrill you.
