Sonny Chiba fits the title role of Assassin like a spiked glove. Chiba plays a karate expert who poses as a criminal. In this guise, he is hired as a hitman by a Japanese mob. Second in a series of 4 Yakuza Deka films. More polished than the first but in a way the first movie reimagined and still pretty overdone. Some inane references to that demon hard drug marijuana. Again Shin'ichi (Sonny) Chiba is the only reason to watch this. Pretty sure this martial arts and action guru would be doing his own stunts. Very brief female nudity. Near start includes a brief cameo from (then) Japanese wrestling top dog (and later icon) Giant Baba.
