Starts off as a thriller with The Room-level dialogue and pacing: Linnea Quigley: "Very funny, Mr. Daniels. Ha. Ha. Ha. Ha. Ha." Half-way through this improves to a fun but aimless gore-fest. Good camera work ruined by crappy retro filter. Nobody acts like it's the '80s but good wardrobe. Best parts were the loud music and Mr. Rock. I'll give this props for being a labor of love. I'll watch the sequel. Fav scenes: resurrecting the three; wild Halloween party massacre; inventive pumpkin kill.
