I agree with PUNQ that the idea is better than it's execution and also Annabella while fitting the role and actually a decent actress brought down the movie with her accent and the fact that when she spoke fast I couldn't understand what she was saying. That being said both William Powell & Henry Stephenson are great and really carry the movie.

The idea is better then it's execution. A butler while serving at the prime ministers house becomes elected into parliament.... on opposite side. Not up to the standards of William Powell, but still elegant. My main problem was the leading lady. Annabella is beautiful, but her English is not. Doesn't have the dynamics to work up against a swift Hollywood talker. That took away a lot from the romance between them. Still humorous with the butler continuing his duties while in parliament.
