A diver saves his best friend's life but loses his own arm in doing so. Later, unable to find work because of his missing arm, he is forced to go to work for a criminal searching for lost treasures. One of the least seen Bela Lugosi films. He's only in there a handful short scenes as the treasure hunting gang leader who hides his pearls and diamonds with his little fishys. So nothing too crazy. Edmund Lowe is a one-armed diver who can only get work with the crooks. This is never more then a average picture, but with it's mix of sweet romance, manly fights, strong bond between old friends, Lugosi as bad guy and some underwater scenes, this becomes enjoyable enough.
