Robin Williams has heart and childlike wonder. Kurt Russell could play a high school quarterback at any age. I was disappointed once the football game started, since it ended up being a typical time suck with a predictable ending. Fav scene: beginning with people making fun of Williams.

A largely pointless comedy with irritating characters, most of all the sad loser played by Williams. This movie really is spectacularly bland. I don't care what anyone says, Pam Reed was strangely hot in the 80's!

Actually not bad. It's just a goofy comedy about a loser (Robin Williams) trying to look like a hero in a football game. Nothing here is extremely dumb or offensive, so enjoy.

The presence of Kurt Russell and Donald Moffat makes you wish you were watching _The Thing_ instead. The rest of the movie makes you want to kill someone

Lots of rah-rah but no sis-boom-bah.
