Outrageously partial and used every caricature of the Nazis. But it is a propaganda film and also part educational lecture.

I thought I was going to see a star-studded Will Hay comedy taking on the Nazis. Boy, was I disappointed. Sure, they mocked the enemy to full degree, but this was more a glorified infomercial on how they were going to strangle the Nazi economy than a traditional comedy.
