The Big Broadcast

The original Big Broadcast (1932) with Bing Crosby! Perhaps the best of the 4 broadcasts of the 1930s. Got some terrific acts like Cab Calloway, The Mills Brothers and of course Bing himself performing for us, plus a couple of duds. The comedy definitely had it's moments with George Burns & Gracie Allen, and especially the Stuart Erwin's record hunt which in many ways mirrored silent comedy. This one flowed well and the intermissions in the story was well worth ones time!
