I found it weirdly amusing. The drunken nature of Van Johnson and Elizabeth Taylor trying to figure him out was adorable. The bullying and smirky legal representation annoyed me, but that was perhaps the point. I still felt that the Johnson/Taylor partnership was a odd choice, but I'm not unhappy I got to experience it.
